Delivery Locations

We deliver to most residential and business addresses across Australia.

However, there are some remote locations that we are unable to deliver.

Bright Cloud Living can also not deliver overseas or to Australian Islands off the mainland, except for Tasmania.

Bright Cloud Living is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Lockers.

Standard freight service quoted includes drop off only to ground floor location.

Deliveries to upper levels or where additional services such as unpack/rubbish removal will require quotation before despatch.

Authority to Leave

At this point, Bright Cloud is unable to offer Authority to Leave option on our deliveries with free freight insurance.

However, the local carrier may sometimes decide to leave the order at the delivery address if the driver assesses that it is safe to deliver the order unattended without a signature.

If you decide to provide authority to leave instruction, you authorise the transport company to leave item/s. It indemnifies Bright Cloud Living against any loss and/or damage claim. This means it is essential that there is a secure place where the item/s can be left. You can give more specific details, such as leaves on the back steps, on the veranda, behind the gate etc, in the notes area.

All deliveries are carried out based on the assigned carriers’ daily runs. Every effort will be made to try and meet any special instructions provided in advance.

Missed Deliveries

We advise all customers to choose an address where someone will be available during regular business hours to receive the goods.

If no one is there, or if the delivery address details provided by you are incorrect and thus affect delivery, you will be responsible for the cost if the parcel is returned to us and if you wish to have the shipment returned to the correct address.

If you decide to cancel your order, the costs of the parcel return plus the original cost of shipping will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Insurance

We have complimentary insurance for your order for damages while in transit for your peace of mind.

For insurance purposes, please report the shipment with any damage in transit within two business days of the receipt of the shipment.

Please provide a picture of:

  • The packaging (showing any damages),
  • The parcel label (clearly showing the reference number), and
  • The damaged item.

Critical: These all need to be displayed in one photo for the claim to be processed.

Any delays in reporting this may result in the claim being rejected.

No responsibility will be taken for goods authorised to be left if the property is unattended.

Despatch Timeframe

We will aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of the payment clearance.

However, on rare occasions and due to the popularity of a specific product, it may be sold out between the time you add to your cart to the time of checkout; we will contact you via email to have the item on backorder or cancel the order.

Full refund for the cancelled order.

Multiple Deliveries Per Order

Usually, all the items within a single get despatched together from our store.

Items labelled as “Big Bulky & Heavy” may get despatched separately directly from the manufacturer/distributor.

If you submitted multiple orders, we would try to group them into one delivery if they were not packed.
